We have been a Google paying customer for over 10 years now and I am ready to go other places... I have been trying for two weeks to get a resolution to a billing issue and the staff there can not get it, they do not understand, they are often impossible to understand, even if they did not sound like they were sitting in a BAR, the dialect of ENGLISH used is at times terrible and not at all conducive to happy customers. Happy customers is something Google seems to care less and less about every day....

Their products are pretty good, the service if you ever need it makes them a marginal product at best...

Preferred solution: My billing issue fixed.....

I liked: Reliability of the paid products.

I didn't like: Service and support, Service and support it is terrible.
