I placed an order after receiving a credit. The first time items were damaged in transit and had to be resent.
The second time I received an email indicating that it was delivered. More than 24 hours later, it was not there. I contacted them and they said the delivery was refused. There was someone home the entire day and they never showed up with the delivery.
The only option at that point was to reorder. After a long discussion and telling them that I will be posting about it, they finally offered to resend it and not have to wait for the product to be returned.
