Somebody is Google Tracking me by my personal information on all Google, platforms, apps, accounts ect. As of October 7, 2024.

I have been locked out of My Social Media Sites! such as My Facebook, My Snapchat, My Instagram, My Messenger, My What's app, My Zingi, My Telegram and more! Even My PayPal, Cash App. This issue continues to grow.

I'm a victim of identity theft as it is and now cuz all this has been happening for quite some time now, with no response! no help and no options! I'm contacting your legal department today because I am persuading legal action. Especially after my phone company which is boost Mobile was called by somebody impersonating me and attempted to hijack it yet another phone number of mine mainly my Facebook account hold sentimental value to me that might sound stupid to some but literally I've only had one Facebook since Facebook started you watch me grow up on my Facebook as well as have kids and you watch my kids grow up I have pictures of my father and my father who are both deceased I have private folders photos that nobody can see including memories of a daughter I gave her for adoption things that cannot be replaced see how I don't have any physical photos this will be a tremendous loss for me I'm also pursuing legal action because of this it's like half my life being ripped away all my memories everything I had of my family is being taken from me and this isn't the first time I Facebook has been hijacked October 19th 2019 for the first time my phone number was hijacked 602-366-**** I tried for almost 2 years to get my number back or to get the number shut off because whoever hijacked it and ported it over to another carrier without my acknowledgment and consent turned it into an SMS number and an MMS number only meaning it only received text and messages they were messing with all my accounts draining my bank accounts nothing got sent to the STC nothing got flagged nothing got put on my credit report when $5,000 just up and disappears out of my bank account those which was current at the time to my cash app and then just disappears I file a complaint and they brought up my account close it with no further action and no further contact I have been done wrong for the last going on 5 years when nobody doing anything that they were supposed to be doing when it comes to these big businesses and these big time companies that are supposed to file protocol when it comes to a person's identity and personal information being late I've been just thrown under the rug like I didn't matter.

I demand that Google or somebody get back to me nobody gets done like this things like this don't happen or not supposed to happen there's walls that people are supposed to follow and abide by and nobody's doing so therefore my human rights are being abolished. I'm also always being thrown a 404 error code on Google or is that the network that I took my photos on can be found or is it all my files are corrupted I have all my devices for the last 6 years for evidence but nobody has come too speak to me or even gone back to me in regards to any of these matters not even my local police department.

It’s going on 5 months and my life is upside down and I can’t get help. I even went to the FBI in my area and they turned me away saying they get tons of calls about identity theft everyday.

I’ve officially switched carriers to Xfinity & im in the process of shutting down anything I have that’s google associated! Doesn’t help this ridiculous bill from google I’m now stuck with which *** me off so bad after all the *** I’ve gone through and time Ive had to waste calling and chatting then to be talked to like absolute crap by their customer service staff & repeatedly hung up on &/or abruptly disconnected via chat mid conversation it’s infuriating! My time is worth something too!

I thought going to google FI from Xfinity was going to be an easy transition with an all around better experience and value, but I was so wrong! After less than 2 weeks (11 days to be exact) I am done with Google FI and will NEVER consider using any Google for anything ever again!
The Unlimited Plus plan ended up TWICE as expensive as any other carrier with nothing close to true unlimited data!

Their billing practices are completely ridiculous.. They claim to be comparable to Verizon/T-Mobile/Xfinity and never mentioned being PREPAID. Not postpaid!! Even when setting up my account the entire time they had listed the charges in columns for monthly & Due Today next to each subsequent charge/part of the plan and at the end my totals were: $156 under monthly for 3 lines and $0 under Due today!!

So I agreed & transferred service to them agreeing to the $35 each line activation fees and the unlimited plus plan starting on 12/6, but what they don't tell you is that just ONE DAY LATER on 12/7 they will be billing you for the entire month ahead to Jan 7 which will be DUE IMMEDIATELY!!
But none of this was told to me,yes its in the teeny tiny itty bitty fine print, the stuff no one reads!


So my bill for service started 12/6 it became due 12/7 & then PAST-DUE on 12/12 & they completely DISCONNECTED my service to all 3 lines on 12/17 only 11 days after I transferred to them.
Of course this happens to me just days before Christmas! Being that I'm a single mother that just lost my main source of income last month so I now only bringing in 1/4 the amount I had been, I have to budget every penny! So when I activated I budgeted so I'd be paying my first bill early on the 1st of Jan & then on the 1st each month after so its not an option for me to pay it now especially days before Christmas & when its two weeks before I financially can pay anything it's completely impossible! Not to mention I'm dealing with severe a medical condition that could be life-threatening without care that I'm waiting on a call to go in for within the next few days that I now won't receive is terrifying & beyond infuriating.

I called customer service 5 x today alone and dealt with people that couldn't care less and two that hung up on me!!! I explained I can not go without a phone, but they couldn't care less! They got me for activation times 3 a full month of service for each of the 3 lines and I got SCREWED that's it!!

Thanks to this horrible company and their policies I am without a phone
Also my completely unlimited plan is nothing of the sort . You get 50 gb Thats it!!!

Hello,

Allow me to start by giving you some information. My name is Bobby and I'm a retired master electrician of 44 years. I'm not the smartest person when it comes to security on my smartphone but I've put hours of research into this online and that's when I came across your email. Strange things are happening that I can't just explain away. I need help from someone who understands this much better than I.

Over the past 2 years or so I've completely lost control over several Gmail accounts, Facebook accounts and phones rendered unusable because it got locked out by Google.

I'm a Google 1 subscriber and when looking at my search history I see all kinds of things it says I searched for online. The problem is that I didn't do it. Some of it I've never seen or heard of before now.

I suddenly was subscribed to a ESPN. I don't watch sports at all.

I checked my history of signing into my account and found several times where it did not specifically recognize my device. All it showed was android device signing in but one of them identified the device and it was not me or my device. It was a Moto G Play which I have never owned. I contacted Google 1 by phone and received a phone call from them immediately. I told him what was going on and they assured me that we would get them out and they couldn't get back in. They went through the procedure with me we got the device signed out of my account changed password and they said they add a layer of security or something to that effect and that they would no longer be able to access my account. However this wasn't true because two days later, there it was again. I went through the same procedure again contacting Google one they guaranteed me again that it wouldn't happen. But it continued to happen. If Google couldn't stop them, I didn't know what to do from there. My knowledge was very limited at that time. I also noticed things in my Facebook account. Facebook is next to impossible to even speak with anyone much less go through the procedure and I lost my Facebook account to someone else. When I tried to get back into my Facebook account it said you are currently logged into your account with another device. I changed my password so many times in my Google account, I guess Google got tired of it is all I can say because I got locked out of my own Google account passwords have been changed so many times I guess they just locked me out and I lost control of an email that I'd had for years and years. To think that I used to laugh at people when they got hacked and asked them how did you manage that I've never been hacked. It only got worse from there. They locked me out of my own phone. Google did! My provider told me that it had a Google lock on it. I even called Samsung customer service & they couldn't get into it and it was their device. Manufactured by them. They said once it had a Google lock on it, it was rendered unusable. I've tried everything! Three different providers. Completely changed all my emails, open new accounts, started completely over. I've done so many factory data resets that I can't even count them. And that's just a tip of the iceberg. I started having problems with phone calls. I would try to call my provider and every time that I tried to call it would get to the automated part and then it would hang up on me. Every time I tried to complain.

What's really bizarre three providers when I call to complain to these providers I would get the same woman every time like she worked for three different phone companies. Very distinctive and unique voice there was no doubt in my mind that it was her. Of course she had a different name every time I called and I could hang up from talking to her, turn around and call right back and get her every single time. And then after realizing and confronting her, Every time I called I would be put on hold while the automated system found someone to help me. After 15 minutes hold time I would hang up & call back and it would do the same thing. Days later after giving up I call back and I would get the same woman. Keep in mind this happened with three different carriers or providers. I tried every device that I can think of except for Apple I've had every manufacturer of phones that can be I guess & nothing can keep them out of my account. I even paid for McAfee's protection & I got the maximum plan that they offered cost me 30 something dollars a month something like that & they still got in. McAfee provided a VPN which I never could install on my device so I contacted customer support I went through countless timeback & forth between them & T-Mobile about the VPN not engaging. I finally ended up with,(level-2 engineers/ technicians) remote accessing my phone and them telling me that my phone was hacked. And that that was the reason the VPN would not engage that my phone was tapped is what they said I don't know what the difference is. *** and that was a year ago. When I told my provider this information it's like they didn't even believe me. Then there excuse was that's not there responsibility, if my phone is hacked then I should look into someone independent that does this kind of thing. They just provide the service.

Now let me tell you what's going on with my devices. They are overheating and shutting off by themselves. I'm using triple the data that I use to use. Sometimes I can go through a 5000 MA/h battery in a little over 2 hours and when this happens I can't connect to the network & I have 5G ultra connectivity signal with 5 bars. Sometimes when I'm on calls I can hear someone in the background like when I'm put on hold by my provider or by anyone for that matter you can hear the music playing in the background but I can also hear someone moving or shuffling chairs around or something like that & faint whispers. Back to McAfee they had my phone remote accessed by three upper tier engineering people when one of them spoke up and said I know why his VPN isn't engaging his phone is tapped. She was speaking to the other engineers but her mic was on & I heard it when she spoke. I don't believe that they wanted me to hear that part because one of the engineers hushed her up real quick like. I should hold the *** on I heard what she said. The man spoke up & said that they were escalating it to their boss or people that was over them and they did not have the authority to say anything to me except that they would get back to me within 72 hours. It was a week later and I called them back. This happened over and over again until finally I just gave up and dropped McAfee. I never could get them to do anything or say anything else whatsoever. I was getting calls from people claiming to be T-Mobile. Only problem with that would be it'd be a T-Mobile supervisor with a phone from Virgin Mobile.When I asked why her phone showed up as Virgin mobile she told me that sometimes when the network was really busy they would reroute calls through other providers towers. I thought it was *** so I hung up. Then I would call that number right back and it would be to a chat site in the Bahamas or some *** They even called me and claim to be McAfee. When I questioned them making them identify themselves they would hang up. My provider still tells me that I'm not hacked.

As of right now things are getting worse for me and my family also my business is stagnant due to not having my company name out there on Google search maps and Google in general. At this point nobody can find my business when they are searching with keywords.

At one time I was getting as many as 2 to 3 calls every day or so. It's sad that with a flick of a switch Google employees could have someone who was a hard working person and was every homeowners dream contractor do you know how many people said to me that I'm a God send when I came into their life. And now it's seems like it's coming to an end.

Please help me Ajay the Google employee who called me a few weeks ago and said to be patient well it's easy for him to say when he's got a paycheck every week. Please help me and my family!?!

You allowed this change for a year, but then approximately 4 to 6 weeks ago, I noticed that I had 78 quality reviews on my page. One day, I woke up and the number had decreased to 71. After lodging a complaint, my page was suspended the next day. My business, Celtic Home Improvement, was subsequently impacted, disrupting my life significantly. Since then, I've fallen behind on my mortgage, utilities and car payments due to my inability to consistently make an income. I'm perplexed as to how this can happen to a company that's been on your platform for over six years and has always received high-quality reviews. The situation has deeply saddened me, and I'm certain I'm not the only one who has experienced this kind of issue.

I hope you will consider restoring my business back to its original state, Celtic Home Improvement and Property Management/Maintenance Company, with 78 reviews - it's crucial for regaining control of my life. Hello, Google! I'm suddenly in complete disarray. I was logged in yesterday, 14 February 2025, as I went to sleep. Then, as I woke up, my essential Gmail account was curiously logged out. I tried to log in, and after I entered my password for the first time on Google, they asked me for 2-way verification. I have no cell phone (and never had one), and I'm utterly without a clue and unaware of where and/or which telephone number was used to receive the 6-digit recovery account number needed. I have no alternate email account, no codes, and nothing, and I'm stuck in an unbearable loop. Blame me for not being tech-savvy, but I've had this Gmail address sebtremb@***.com for about 15 years, and I have never had any issues.

More than that, concerning my cherished YouTube channel youtube.com/@SEB-EDIT (with 5,000 subscribers); my YouTube Studio is now completely inaccessible. I worked incredibly hard (over 4,000+ hours) on my content. It's a significant place for me.

As I looked for solutions online, I noticed my situation was pretty dire. Nonetheless, I sincerely hope that by sending this message (early/the same day), you'll help me find a solution to this agonizing situation and/or grant me well-deserved clemency. I opened a new account today sebeditguitar@***.com (just in case) for receiving your reply. I can't access my main Gmail message or links to collect my pay from my bank, Desjardins AccèsD (in Canada). I have years of archived stuff I wrote - templates, contacts...

So, I am definitely looking forward to your help. (Big-time please!)

Our Business was taken down by Google because we did not exist at this address, our home address were we have operated our business for 4 years. We have shown business licenses from years, and also this years new license from our new shop/warehouse were we keep out tools, some trucks and equipment.

Google says that we still do not comply with their rules, i have made a number of appeals with no luck of being reinstated. Our Business is failing now because Google will not help us. Friday gone, i made an address suggest to Google, our shop address to show that this were our shop is. I supplied business license for this address, utility bill and also our property tax for the same address.

Our review was pending, and this morning Google decided to add my Neighbors address and company name instead of ours. At this stage i feel that Google for some reason has a Vendetta against our business.

Our 5 Star ratings were outstanding, our work, the quality and the materials we use are also outstanding. My Question to Google is, why are you treating good people this way?What have we done to deserve this?We are an Irish family new to Canada, our business is our life.

The frustration at this stage is overwhelming us all.
We cannot get a straight answer from Google as to why our business did not meet their requirements after 4 years working from home. We did send all the nessasary documents google requested and still no resolve, they have refused to reinstate our 5 star business.
We have then said to Google, if it pleases them they can use our business/ warehouse address as our office address.

I have sent business license, utility bill and property tax information amd still no resolve from Google. We are loosing thousand each week. How can we get this fixed ??
Last week I claimed an marked address, our address, our warehouse address as belonging to us. We own this building.

This morning Google now has our Neighbour's address as our building. I belive that Google has a vendetta against us for some reasons not knowing to us.

Once again I ask Google to please stop this fiasco and please reinstate our business Irish Steve Eavestroughing Ltd @ 1554* *** avenue Edmonton.
What's really crazy is, google didn't stop the ads page the section if google that takes money from our banks, i paused this myself. Google ads does not work without google business amd google maps.

Google Maps is a joke. I moved my business to another city and they will not post the updated information.

I had to film a two minute video to prove we moved with locals businesses, our name on the business marquee and me opening the door with the key. This is complete nonsense. And on top of it their are reviews that are not related to my business (but rather to a business that used to rent space from me). and one by a competitor.

They say it could take up to 30 days to make the changes. I could only be so lucky for them to delete us. We are a small family owned business of over 50 years, and these things are negatively impacting our business. And God forbid you get to speak to a real person.

There is no customer service, unless you are going to spend $$ with them on ads and so forth. Then I'm sure you'll get a phone call.

My wife accidentally used my credit card to make a purchase, then immediately realized her error. She cancelled the subscription to use her card.

However, this company, using Google Pay, states that they do not provide refunds, so they essentially got paid twice.

I tried several times to reach out to Google, but apparently, they know what they are doing is completely unethical. As a result, you can't even hear a live human voice from them.

Wow I can't believe that screenshots don't show all the way the pictures it's something they did so it's not clear and there are again many doubles pics . I have much more but I couldn't find them

My accounts, apps, passwords, whole identity compromised by hackers on 2 of my iPhones, my WiFi they use subscriptions and many more I need to speak to a google professional in phones and other data and more is being hacked. Thank you.

It started like I noticed changes in my iPhone 15ProMax about maybe 3 months ago.

My apps started to disappear, my settings were to share my devise, a lot of settings are grayed out I can't open them. They in total control of my devices. Installed apps and subscriptions on Apple account as well as on my tv apps I changed WiFi password, my Apple account where I was told by Apple to change my passwords. I just opened a google account yesterday but b4 I tried to sign in google would write delete your account.

My FB that I had to delete was compromised as well my WhatsApp was always asking me for verification code that I was never asked or made one before. They using home app with their systems and cameras to watch me and listen. My photos that I took screen shots are triplicated and very confused . My photos used in different apps and settings .

Map is always on if I'm out they know where I am and can still listen to my conversations. My name address all the personal information like my identification my bank, my keys for passwords, my kids, my mom,

They can even mute the incoming callls that I missed from important people...

my contacts are gone.

Please help me who can really check my phones for fraud and scam who knows what systems and codes or whatever they use to make me scared of my family and I'm not comfortable knowing I'm being watched. It probably sounds like I'm crazy but because of this I barely sleep, eat, always have enxiety.

I am trying to get in touch with a live agent to see if I can get help recovering my late husband account, I believe someone is doing fraud. My late husband Wens Jonathan Desir goes by Mechanst is no longer with us and I believe someone is using his account Gmail and YouTube and use his money. He was an artist he gets pay through YouTube but someone else is using his accounts

This is not google or youtube. This is a public forum, so be careful with scammers.

Sometimes, they will just post their scam contact information, but sometimes they will start out by asking "how are you" or "are you still having a problem". Don't engage with these people, they will want to try to gain control of your accounts and demand you send them money.

I have been patient since November, I haven’t had my account back since then, I’m not willing to delete it and make another because I have had it for years with thousands of videos & music saved on it, with that I left giving me nostalgia, please help me protest this, helping YouTube get it back.

My password: Hassan99@. I recently had my account removed from YouTube because I was trying to spread awareness about hate and war. I didn't know what I did wrong, and I didn't expect for my account to be removed, as I wasn't intentionally trying to hurt anyone. I posted peaceful comments and expressed my freedom of speech peacefully.

This is unacceptable from Google or YouTube, as they consider me a spammer because I responded to everyone peacefully in a comment section. However, I had no idea it would offend YouTube. I really want to get in touch with someone who could help me.

I don't want to lose these accounts; I have thousands of music and videos saved on them. Please sympathize with me and try to understand.

Wasn't aware it was not through Amazon, but third party (Google).

The Membership isn't showing up on Google play for me to be able to cancel it. The numbers listed are either inoperable or recorded!Do not recommend

My email is fairly new, and you're saying it's full. I emptied it mostly, but you're still giving me that nasty little pink and red notice at the top.

I didn't have this problem with Yahoo, so I think I'm going to go back to them since I can't get anybody to talk to me from Google customer service. I think you have a monopoly, and you need to be broken up.

Besides every time I say Google I think of a puppet with googly eyes. Not very smart!

Preferred solution: The little pink I think it's absolutely ridiculous other people send me this horrible amount of spam and I never had that problem with Yahoo. I was with them for over a decade, I guess I have to go back I got disillusioned.

User's recommendation: Don't start using Google email. It's useless you can't save anything on it. After 16 GB I guess which is a very much they make you want to pay some money. I had Yahoo for like many years I'm going to have to go back to them because they don't charge me.

Your system wrongly advertised the movie as "Zack Snyder's Justice League, 2021 director's cut version ,4hour 2 minutes. I have received the original 2017 version of "Justice League" 1 hour 59 minutes. I have screen video about your mistake in your system ,what is still present and i want my refund.

In the screen record i have been included, clearly visible that the original version played , instead of the Zack Snider's cut when you click on the play on it's page.
