Was finally able to get into account several days later. I never heard anything from an actual human.

Was all automated. I realize it's a very large company.

But the total lack of human contact is very frustrating and makes me feel like just a number. Or dollar sign.

I thought I knew my pw. But got a new phone number and laptop and now camt access anything!

Ised my backup email,not.good enough answered security questions,still not enough. Now its all on hold till they decide to release it.i cant get to my work,my car loan docz. Nothing! Im so angry could spit nails.

Been chasjng this absurd cycle for 4 hours! Once i get back on. IF! Im dumping everything i can thays thru them.have had same account maube 10 yrs.

I do appreciate being proctected, but this is overboard.

Should be able.to speak tl a person. I.cant even.make a complaint simce locked out

I liked: Pathetic, Used to like ease of email.

I didn't like: Customer services, No human contact, Difficulty signing in.
