After call after call to my business I decided to try Google ad words, with a $210 mo budget.After one month I didn't see many results so went to my google account to cancel.

Before I could do this, Google took out another $198 from my credit card and noticed they had set my monthly budget to $350 without my consent. I finally gave up trying to find out how to cancel so called the help line. A man answered, asked me my address, name, account #, etc, etc, than said hold while he connected me with the proper dept. After being on hold for 15 minutes the hold message would say, go to a cetian website for help.

Finally decided no human was going to help me.I finally just called the credit card compnay and filed a Dispute...

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $198.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: How difficult it was to cancel the service, Refused to help me with what i asked for, Google customer service is appalling.
