If you come across any problem with Google products, you may try to seek help from Google Customer Service. One of the fastest ways to communicate with their support team is via their telephone number. It is accessible only for Google Ads. If you have difficulties with your Google Ads account, you may call 1-866-246-6453 Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm ET to talk to a customer care representative.

Good day. Exasperated that Google has customer service available for every single thing except for Gmail.

Why is that? I deleted thousands of photos. THOUSANDS!!! Over 25,000 images DELETED.

And I deleted over 7 GB of videos, and it's still showing 14.99 GB used in my Gmail. WHY!? Doesn't make any sense except that the storage information showing is grossly inaccurate - and Google wants to FORCE ME to start paying for extra storage UNNECESSARILY, which is ridiculous. Can you please explain and assist in resolving this URGENT matter?

First, attempting to speak to a member of Customer Service with Google and explaining the reason for my call was truly a joke. Much of my business contact is conducted by email (Gmail), but it is in peril now because my incoming mail is going directly to trashI was never able to speak to anyone, nor was there a way to communicate with a person by text to find a solution. Think it might be time to venture away from Google.

Well let's see a machine talked to me not a person. I love my gmail but not customer service. If you call fer help with your gmail they can't help you and it's their business. I just don't get it. I searched online and found a video of a lady explaining to me what I needed google to tell me. So NO not happy with google fer help !!

They are still deducting 9.99 a month and not providing the extra storage I’m paying for.
It’s been going on way too long and I want all my money back, period!!!
Every time I try to back up my phone. They tell me I don’t have enough storage, but they’re taking $10 a month out of my checking account for extra storage!
How does that make any sense at all?
