My niece Ashley Just and her friend Savannah Brown have come to my home and attacked me and stole my iPhone and keys to my car. I have made a police report and there is an investigation going on because these two identity-stealing thieves have gotten into my phone and stolen $7,000 out of my PayPal, and they continue to change my email addresses and phone numbers that are linked to that device.

And now they have factory reset mine and my husband's Android devices that were linked to my Gmail, which is starlite14u@***.com! They have reset our devices that were linked to that Gmail and have changed the password and the phone number I had linked to that email, and now I can't recover my own Gmail that also was linked to my PayPal. PayPal was able to get most of my money back, but I can't even get into my PayPal account now because those two thieves have factory reset my husband's device and my device that was linked to it. Something needs to be done for situations like this.

People steal phones all the time, and it's sad that when this happens, they are able to steal somebody's identity, money, and their whole life. My life has been a miserable *** since these two thieves have attacked me and stole my phone.

I didnt need the fraud and impersonation against me creating falsified accounts to make me look guilty of fraudulent activity using these emails that they are creating under Gmail. Please contact me at your soonest ability wise. Its an emergency I need to give a police officer a case number regarding this issue. I need all the emails deleted under my number.

Something else that might match is my birthdate with these emails March 14, 1986 or they might be doing it March 14, 1985 as the fraudulent one or could be June 10, 1985 or 1986. I have not created one email account with Gmail. I just barely got my number today and already its maxed out of creating accounts. Theres been too much activity it posted and a little column to let me know that the number was being used over excessively again my name is Courtney Cypert and call me at 909-449-****.

Should make it a lot easier for someone who has all the information but a cell phone number to get back into their account or another way like a phone automated system that allows me to enter certain certain information that only one person would know that's personal but there's no possible way to do that I see broke my phone from the 5th story of a balcony fell and broke so I had to get me a temporary phone and I had no possible way to get access to my Google account where I needed to get on my Google drive and get specific personal information I have stored just to have access to something I need off my other account which deals with you know what type of currency and no matter how hard I tried and tried and tried I couldn't get in it I got into my other two email addresses but I couldn't get into my primary it won't let me no matter what I do and I tried your recovery process and followed it all the way still nothing so now it's been like 5 days and I still haven't gotten into it this is a huge setback in discrepancies for me I don't like it matter of fact I'm almost ready to just switch to iCloud permanently because I don't have that issue with them I can call them and they'll help me figure it out even if I don't have an Apple product so I would like to stay with Google Gmail because I've had it so long but this is the first time I've ever had an issue please hope that we can resolve this discrepancy and move forward can you guys please concur with that and confirm what I'm asking as soon as possible like last week possible

I have about $100 tied up in Google Play cards that won't register to my email. They claim they need more information.

Every time I provide them with the information, they come back and tell me it doesn't match with what they have. Both my receipt and my cards have matching information— the numbers are the same. I don't know what they're looking at, but they're not going to do anything about it. I'm stuck losing $100 and I don't think that's right.

It is exactly what it seems—to put it plainly, it's BS. I can't afford to be out $100. They cannot deny me—it's their product and they must stand behind it. There's proof below; this is just a $10 card, the rest were bigger than that.

But there's a receipt and your ticket along with the number and everything. They're still claiming it doesn't match up.
