Google - Useless

Every time I called for assistance, they referred me to a website. People seem not to know what they are doing. Most of the time I don't understand what they are saying do to the language. I'm so disappointed with that company, they shouldn't let not experienced people answer the phone. They can't even help with their own apps.

Google - Worthless Customer Service

I ordered from Google Express and the item shipped from Overstock.com. I needed to return it and both Google & Overstock refused to help me. Both stated it was the other company’s responsibility to process the return. I HATE DEALING WITH OURSOURCED PEOPLE!! All either side would do is regurgitate policy. They wouldn’t problem solve. I’ll never order from either company again.
